As a Proudly South African brand, the Barrett’s Ridge beer bread range just wouldn’t be complete without Masala in the mix. This, our latest addition, brings the total number of variants to eight. Perfect for those new to baking with beer and ideal for others who are well-versed in the art of adding a brew to a bake.
Wheat, Flours, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt and Spices
*Suitable for Vegetarians
Pour entire contents of Barrett’s Ridge Masala Beer Bread.
Add 1 x 330 ml beer at room temperature.
Stir until the batter is thoroughly mixed through.
Scrape batter into buttered loaf tin.
For an extra crispy crust, brush your loaf with melted butter before baking.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
