Shipping and Deliveries

Please note all March 2019 orders might take 7 –  21 workings days for delivery. 

We are much aware of the excitement that goes along with your shopping experience and it is of utmost importance to Miles For Style to ensure a seamless and speedy delivery to you.

We endeavor to have all your packages delivered to you within 5 -10 working days between main city centers and for the outlying areas or International areas please allow 14 to 21 working days because we do not keep stock.

Some special orders (i.e. custom products, printing, make-up for décor items) may take 30 days to be delivered.

Please note the estimated delivery time on each category.

Should delays occur, we shall not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, cost, charges or expenses arising due to this occurrence.

For special deliveries our Freight Company and our offices will be in touch with you to agree on a delivery time and freight pricing, to enable you to receive your goods. Should the delivery not be met, we will gladly assist to re-schedule, however, should this occur an unreasonable number of times, due to you not being available, Miles For Style will not be held liable for storage and other costs, whatsoever, which may occur.

On delivery certain documents will be signed by you for accepting the packages in good order, once you have signed you accept fully that the items arrived in good order without defects and damages. Miles For Style will hence no longer be held liable for damages at this point.

Miles For Style will not be held liable for products ordered which may not be suitable to you or orders of incorrect quantities. It is your responsibility to ensure orders are correctly chosen and made before shipping is implemented. Any unforeseen costs due to this may be for your account.

International Shipping and Tax


International Shipping and taxes will be calculated based on the country and method and will be communicated to you on request of an order.   Payment will be due before the shipping is implemented and may be paid by EFT or credit / debit card.

In the event that your order has been damaged, lost or stolen after once shipped, we are not responsibility for any loss, damage or theft because the package will be in hands of the Post Office.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Miles For Style has no control over these charges, nor can Miles For Style predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; shoppers should contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number / courier document number / or shipping Invoice document. Miles For Style will supply you with the invoice and shipping document.
