In order to facilitate the credit process, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Products that may have been broken during shipping, must also be returned with original packaging. Please call our friendly team for assistance: +27(0)21 461-6632.
Kindly return items in their original packaging – including hangers, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, shipping bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes./ product boxes and packaging, together with the documents.
If the return is due to an error on our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; in all other cases you should send the item to our warehouse using any shipping company of your choice and at your own account.
In case of order cancellation, we will refund you in StyleMiles.
Note that we can only refund the amount of complete orders to your StyleMile account in the form of StyleMiles.
Miles For Style is offering you as our valued customer a “change of mind” – return of goods. You may return the unopened, unused item in the original packaging with original documents, within good reason. We offer you this return policy, strictly within 24 hours of order.
DAMAGED & FAULTY GOODS:

We require you to advise us within 8 days of receiving the goods. We will require you to complete a form and return it to us promptly. Once the damage has been assessed we will advise you of the returns process. No replacement will be approved if the product in our opinion has been damaged due to wear, misuse or care.
Certain products offered on Miles For Style come with guarantees which offer you a replacement or a refund for failure of workmanship or in the unforeseen event of loss or damage. Should the product or goods fail due to unacceptable quality, you are further entitled to a refund or replacement. The CPA is relevant as well as the Miles For Style contracts with clients, highlighting the warranties and conditions, which are legally binding. From time to time the client may offer additional warranties. Should there be a breach in terms of the Act, a refund or a replacement will be implemented. We further offer the following warranties:
Should the product you purchased not match the featured offer on Miles For Style and is not the quality offered, (as by Law) or is unsafe, a refund or credit (in the form of StyleMiles) by the client will be offered. Please advise firstname.lastname@example.org in writing, within 24 hours of taking delivery of said item.
Where a replacement, a credit from the supplier/client or refund is applicable we may (by Law) request the return of the product to us before we replace or refund it. Any delivery costs in this instance would be for the expense of Miles For Style.
Should products be replaced the same warranties will apply as originally stated.
Proof of Purchase has to be retained as proof to validate the warranty.
Any refunds made would be credited to your account at Miles For Style in the form of StyleMiles.
Miles For Style requires you to advise the Miles For Style office within 12 days of the malfunction, failure of goods or poor workmanship.
Replacement or refunds of products will not be considered should the products failure be due to misuse, or unacceptable wear and tear. In this case the delivery costs would be for your account. The warranty would not cover the claim in this instance.
Miles For Style Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Miles For Style Vouchers cannot be resold to- or exchanged with a third party. You cannot use a Miles For Style Gift Voucher to purchase another Miles For Style Gift Voucher. Miles For Style Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online through www.milesforstyle.com. Miles For Style Vouchers are valid for 1 year.
