Inverroche Distillery at a glance...
Inverroche is an independent distillery which lies on the Southern shores of Africa. Mellow summers and misty winters create the rich Cape Floral Kingdom from which a range of exceptional spirits are crafted.
Inverroche lies at the confluence of the Goukou River and the Indian Ocean near the coastal resort of Stillbay. It is a region rich in natural beauty with rolling hills of pristine limestone, mountain fynbos, dune thicket and Renosterveld and surrounded with rugged mountains and indigenous forests. At the Southern tip of Africa time stands still. Being here is like nowhere else on earth.
Every morning the cry of the fish eagle cuts through the mists which rise from the peaty waters of the Goukou River below the distillery.

The distillery production facility is a limestone building which is insulated and cooled with natural ventilation to eliminate the need for air-conditioning.
The water used at Inverroche is extracted from subterranean limestone aquifers which lie beneath the vines and olive groves surrounding the estate.
Spirits are produced from a range of different base products including grapes, molasses, fruit and other organic material.
