Rosendal Winery and wellness retreat is a small luxury wine farm in Robertson, South Africa. It is a family business with a quality of excellence seldom found, we know that one and every customer, and one and every order, is our only guarantee for a successful business tomorrow.
The wines of Rosendal Winery are chosen and prepared by one of South Africa’s leading and award winning winemakers, Therese de Beer. Her knowledge and mastery, combined with the quality standard of the Winery, gives a unique guarantee when it comes to the individuality of Rosendal’s exclusive wines. Simply said, these wines are different from anything you’ve ever tasted.
All our wines are handcrafted with inspiration drawn from the beautiful and fertile surrounding Robertson Valley. As the emphasis is on the quality rather than volume, all grapes are carefully handpicked. Rosendal wines are presently only available to an exclusive market in South Africa.
All Rosendal wines are sold exclusively through our own distribution and orders are only taken directly with our own sales office in Cape Town. Not only do we deliver the wine to your doorstep (within the Republic of South Africa ), but all our wines carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. These exclusive wines also cannot be purchased via any other retail outlet in Africa.
With eight generously appointed rooms, all en-suite and offering magnificent views, our four-star guesthouse offers visitors the opportunity to retreat or mingle, and is ideal for romantic getaways, intimate celebrations and corporate breakaways.
Soak up the farm’s natural diversity from your private verandah or enjoy a refreshing swim in our rim-flow pool. For nature lovers, a short walk round the farm dam, with its viewing deck, is pure escapism amidst the bustle of birdlife. And, in season, an appreciation of farm life comes from witnessing the harvesting of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and the apricots in the adjoining orchards.

Never has the demand for being perfect been so insistent. We are expected to fill various roles simultaneously on different levels: professional, social, martial, and parental. The result of such would be an existence of fragmentation. In other words, we devote less and less time exclusively to one task.
At Rosendal SPA we want to reintroduce you to the individual as a whole, bringing together our disparate parts. In short, faced with individual anguish and solitude, for a while, one is allowed to “let go” without facing the judgment of others…
It remains to define and nourish in minute detail this promise of response to a quest for total harmony. In this way the “ritual” of Rosendal SPA brings about a gradual and progressive calming effect.
Our qualified therapists offer traditional treatments using products made from wine grapes, enriched with antioxidants.
